Access to your funds

Withdrawal policy

A request, an approval and a settled payment are different stages. Check each stage with the provider holding your account.

1. Purpose and scope

This guide explains the withdrawal conditions to review before using a financial provider introduced through Avenclaro. The information website does not hold a customer balance or process withdrawals. The responsible provider must disclose its own binding policy, identity requirements, limits and charges before you fund an account.

Submitting a registration request does not mean you have agreed to an undisclosed withdrawal restriction. Read the provider’s terms and ask for clarification of any condition that could affect access to money. Keep a copy of the version supplied during onboarding and any later notices of change.

2. Available destinations and methods

The Payment methods page lists indicative SEPA, card and digital-wallet routes for an Irish audience. Availability has not been confirmed for a particular operator. A method used for a deposit may not support a withdrawal, and a mobile-wallet payment may need to be returned through its underlying card or another approved route.

Use an account in your own name unless the provider explicitly permits and verifies another arrangement. Do not assume transfers to a cryptocurrency address are supported. If a digital-asset transfer is offered, verify the asset, network and destination requirements directly; an incorrect irreversible transfer may not be recoverable.

3. Processing times

Indicative processing after approval is within 24 hours for a supported wallet route, one to three business days for a SEPA bank transfer and one to five business days for an eligible card return. These examples are not a guarantee. The actual provider must confirm when its processing clock starts and which business-day calendar applies.

Identity review, settlement of open trades, payment cut-off times, public holidays and recipient-bank checks can affect arrival. Ask whether the request is pending review, approved, sent or returned. A payment reference from the sending provider is more useful for tracing a delay than repeatedly resubmitting the original request.

4. Fees and other costs

The package’s illustrative payment tables show no platform processing fee. This is not a verified promise about an unknown provider’s final tariff. Obtain the applicable schedule before confirming a withdrawal and review the amount, currency, destination and any conversion charge shown in the account.

Receiving banks, card issuers, wallet operators and networks can impose separate charges. A currency change can also reduce the amount received. Ask for a breakdown rather than assuming the displayed account balance equals the final payment. Never pay a personal wallet to “unlock” a withdrawal or settle a supposed security deposit.

5. Limits and available balance

No verified minimum or maximum withdrawal amount has been supplied. The provider should disclose limits per transaction and period, and explain any account-level restriction. Funds tied to unsettled trades, open positions or a legitimate reserve may not be immediately available, but the contractual basis should be clear.

A trading allocation or plan name is not itself a withdrawal rule. Do not infer from the Basic, Advanced or Premium examples that a larger deposit buys unrestricted access. Ask whether fees, pending orders or a currency conversion affect the withdrawable amount and how to reduce exposure before requesting cash.

6. Identity and financial-crime checks

A provider may need to verify identity, payment-account ownership or the source of funds before releasing a payment. The scope depends on its legal duties and risk assessment. Read AML / KYC and use only the secure document route the verified provider supplies.

A legitimate request should identify what evidence is needed and how to submit it. Do not email an unredacted identity document in response to an unsolicited message. No compliance process requires your wallet recovery phrase or a current login code. If a request appears unusual, contact the provider independently before acting.

7. Delays, returns and refusals

A mismatch in account-holder names, incomplete verification, an invalid destination or a payment-system restriction can delay or return a transfer. A provider may also pause activity to investigate suspected misuse or comply with a legal requirement. Its ability to disclose an investigation can be limited, but it should explain the next step where permitted.

Ask for the reason category, outstanding information and expected update date. If a transfer is marked sent but has not arrived, request a trace reference and check with the receiving institution. Do not make repeated replacement requests until the earlier payment’s status is understood.

8. Your responsibility for instructions

Check the account name, IBAN or other destination information before submitting. Use trusted records rather than copying details from a new message. A small spelling difference or altered payment address can redirect money, and the provider may be unable to recover funds after execution.

Secure your email and trading account and review any notification of a changed destination. If you did not authorise a change, revoke suspect access and contact the provider immediately. Preserve the original confirmation, timestamp and request reference for any later investigation.

9. Cancelling or amending a request

A pending request may be cancellable before the provider sends it, but this depends on its system and payment route. A cancellation request is not effective until the provider confirms it. Editing details after approval can require a new review and may not be possible once a payment instruction has left the provider.

Do not submit an amended withdrawal as a second independent request without checking the first. If a destination is wrong, use the provider’s urgent payment-support route and state that clearly. An information-site enquiry cannot recall a transfer executed by a separate financial institution.

10. Support and escalation

For a website question, contact [email protected] with a safe description and relevant reference. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, Europe/Dublin, excluding Irish public holidays; a fixed response time has not been confirmed. For a payment itself, contact the provider holding the account and the receiving institution where appropriate.

If a delay remains unexplained, ask for the provider’s formal complaints procedure and a written response. The Complaints page explains how to organise evidence and identify an applicable external route. Keep financial secrets and complete card details out of ordinary correspondence.

11. Policy changes

This information can be updated when the service or payment arrangements change. The account provider is responsible for notifying you of changes to its contractual conditions where required. A website update does not retrospectively impose an undisclosed charge on an earlier transaction.

Review the current policy before a significant transfer and retain the confirmation showing the terms of your own request. If published information differs from the account interface, pause and obtain a written explanation before proceeding.
