Answers before action.

Find practical explanations of the enquiry process, tools and risks. Account-specific answers must come from the verified provider.

1. About this FAQ

Does this page replace the account agreement?

No. It explains general concepts and the information available on this website. The provider’s own agreement governs its account, instruments and transactions, so read it before funding.

What should I do if two explanations differ?

Pause and ask the responsible provider to explain the discrepancy in writing. Keep both versions and identify the specific point. Do not assume that a sales call overrides a contractual restriction.

2. General use

How do I request an account?

Use the registration form with your own contact details and review the linked notices. Submission is an enquiry rather than account approval. Ask for provider identity and terms during the follow-up.

Do I need professional trading experience?

The guides use plain language and explain the workflow for beginners. You still need to understand the possibility of loss and the permissions you grant. An accessible interface does not make every instrument suitable for everyone.

Can I use a phone?

The information website is designed for small screens. A separate trading provider may have its own browser or application requirements. Verify those requirements before depending on mobile access to manage a position.

Is registration open to everyone?

No universal eligibility is promised. Financial services can depend on age, residence, verification and provider restrictions. The website is intended for adults and a submitted form does not establish acceptance.

3. Costs and results

Where are the fees?

The Fees & pricing page contains briefing illustrations and the questions to ask about total costs. A verified live tariff has not been supplied. Obtain the actual provider’s schedule before transferring money.

Does a larger tier improve my return?

No outcome is guaranteed by an account tier. A larger allocation increases the amount exposed to loss. Compare actual features and costs rather than treating a tier name as a performance promise.

Can I rely on the calculator?

Use it to understand a preset mathematical scenario. It does not use your personal financial situation or an audited trading record. Actual results may be negative and can differ substantially from the illustration.

4. Features and automation

Does every feature place trades?

No. Monitoring, alerts, analysis and execution are distinct functions. Ask which are actually available and inspect permissions before enabling a connection.

Can I choose only monitoring?

That depends on the verified provider and integration. Read-only permissions are appropriate when a tool only needs to inspect data. Do not grant trading or withdrawal authority without a clear need.

What happens when I pause?

The meaning depends on the control. It may stop new signals while leaving accepted orders and positions active. Confirm the effect directly at the execution provider and inspect open exposure.

5. Risk and uncertainty

Can I lose the whole allocation?

Yes. Market movements, custody failures, fraud and other events can cause substantial or total loss. Only consider money you can afford to lose after reading the risk disclosure.

Does a stop rule remove risk?

No. A gap or lack of liquidity can prevent execution at the expected price. A stop is an instruction with practical limitations, rather than insurance for the account.

Does past performance predict the next period?

No. Conditions can change and a model can fit earlier data without working well later. Review assumptions, costs and adverse periods instead of extrapolating a rising chart.

6. Security and accounts

Who holds my funds?

This information website does not establish custody. The actual provider must identify the custodian and contract before you deposit. Do not infer ownership arrangements from a dashboard logo.

What should I never share?

Keep passwords, one-time codes, API secrets and wallet recovery phrases private. Support should not need them to explain a process. Use the provider’s secure workflow for genuinely required documents.

What if I notice an unfamiliar login?

Use the provider’s known address to inspect sessions and permissions. Secure the email account and revoke suspect access where possible. Contact the provider promptly and keep the event details.

7. Help and support

When is support available?

The configured hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, Europe/Dublin, excluding Irish public holidays. The operator must confirm these before launch. A round-the-clock personal-manager service is not verified.

How do I report an incorrect setting?

Describe the setting, expected behaviour and approximate time without including credentials. Keep a screenshot with unnecessary details redacted. For live orders, use the execution provider’s own support route.

How do I make a complaint?

Email the published support address with “Complaint” in the subject and explain the issue. Include relevant references and the outcome sought. The Complaints page describes the review and applicable escalation considerations.

8. More material

What should a beginner read first?

Start with Getting started and Crypto basics. They explain the workflow and market concepts separately. Read the risk disclosure before deciding on an allocation.

Where do I check payments and regulation?

Read Withdrawal policy, Fees & pricing and Licensing & regulation. Use these as questions for the actual provider. Independently verify material facts before transferring money.
