A person to help
you understand the process.
Ask about onboarding, account controls and the documents behind a proposed service. Keep ownership of your decisions and your credentials.
Support explains procedures. It is not a promise of investment advice, uninterrupted availability or a profitable account.

Registration is an enquiry, not a deposit or an instruction to trade. Support will confirm the next steps.
2. What personal support means
Personal support is a point of contact for understanding the steps between an initial enquiry and the use of a service. A specialist may explain terminology, identify relevant documents and help you locate controls in an available interface. The exact scope depends on the operator and the account provider. The specialist should be able to state which organisation they represent and which questions they can answer.
An account manager is not automatically an independent financial adviser. Explaining a payment process or demonstrating an alert does not establish authority to recommend an investment for your personal circumstances. Ask whether a conversation is general information, a sales discussion or regulated advice. Those differences matter when deciding how much weight to place on what you are told.
3. Benefits of a clear contact route
A consistent contact can help keep an enquiry organised and avoid repeating the same background. Written case references, clear next steps and an explanation of who is responsible are more useful than a vague promise that everything will be handled. Support should help make the process understandable rather than make you dependent on one caller.
Help during activation can identify missing information, distinguish a simulation from a live feature and explain where final terms are located. A personalised explanation should still be consistent with published documents. If the explanation conflicts with the account agreement, ask for the discrepancy to be resolved in writing before proceeding.
Good communication also gives you permission to pause. You should be able to ask a basic question, decline a feature or take time to consider costs without pressure. A larger deposit should not be framed as the only way to receive ordinary help or recover a loss.
4. Questions a specialist can help route
Onboarding questions include the identity of the operator, accepted registration details, verification stages and the relevant secure upload route. Interface questions can concern a watchlist, a notification, a report export or the effect of a pause control. The specialist should distinguish confirmed features from proposed or unavailable ones.
Payment questions include where to find fees, how to identify the account holder, what a processing status means and which institution can trace a transfer. A support person should not ask you to pay a personal wallet or provide a full authentication secret. If the funds are held by a separate provider, that provider must handle the transaction itself.
| Topic | Useful support outcome | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Account activation | A clear list of remaining steps. | No bypass of required checks. |
| Simulator | An explanation of preset assumptions. | No prediction of your return. |
| Platform settings | Documentation for available controls. | No undisclosed control of your device. |
| Payments | The correct provider and reference route. | No informal release fee. |
5. Who may find assistance useful
A first-time user may need plain language to understand the difference between research and execution. An experienced user may want a precise answer about an integration, record export or a particular permission. Both should receive a specific response rather than an assumption that experience makes the details unnecessary.
People with limited time may prefer written explanations they can review later. If you need an accessibility adjustment or a different communication format, explain the requirement without sending unrelated medical information. A helper can support your understanding, but you should retain control of account access and final decisions.
6. The support sequence
Submit an enquiry. Provide your own contact details and a concise description of the subject. Registration is not a payment or order instruction. Read the privacy notice and keep a copy of any specific consent wording presented to you.
Verify the contact. Ask the specialist to identify their organisation and send relevant documents through a confirmed channel. Check the domain and the legal operator independently. If an unexpected caller cannot establish this information, end the conversation and contact the known address yourself.
Review activation steps. Ask for a written explanation of checks, costs, permissions and provider responsibilities. Do not share passwords or let a person take remote control to move money. Complete any verification in the provider’s own secure workflow.
Keep the case record. Retain reference numbers and confirm agreed next steps. For a later problem, state what changed and when. If a matter requires the execution provider or compliance team, ask who has taken ownership and when to expect an update.
7. Channels and safe communication
The published website contact is [email protected]. Use it for general questions and to establish the correct route for a particular issue. A verified callback arrangement may be discussed during onboarding, but no public telephone number or messaging handle has been supplied for this build.
The public help material includes the FAQ, Getting started and Security pages. An urgent account compromise should be raised directly with the organisation controlling the account. A general email inbox is not an emergency execution or custody service.
Use safe descriptions and redacted screenshots where possible. Exclude card security codes, one-time login codes, API secrets and wallet recovery phrases. A legitimate support conversation should never require these to explain a fee or locate a document.
8. Support hours and expectations
Configured support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, Europe/Dublin, excluding Irish public holidays. These are information-site hours and should be confirmed by the operator before launch. A fixed waiting time, guaranteed callback within 24 hours and round-the-clock personal-manager service have not been verified.
A cryptocurrency market can remain open while support is closed. Consider whether you can manage the account directly during those periods and keep the provider’s urgent contact route available. An acknowledgement only confirms that a message was received; it does not establish that a trade or payment has been changed.
9. Help with deposits and withdrawals
Before a deposit, ask who receives the money, which currency is credited and what costs or restrictions apply. Verify that the destination belongs to the identified provider. No support person should direct you to conceal the nature of a payment from your bank or misstate who controls the receiving account.
For a withdrawal, identify whether the request is awaiting review, approved, sent or returned. Keep the request reference and ask for a trace where appropriate. Read Withdrawal policy and use the provider’s formal complaint route if a delay remains unexplained. An extra payment to release money is a warning sign, not a routine support step.
10. Personal support questions
Will someone tell me what to invest in?
General support explains procedures and available information. Personal investment advice is a separate activity requiring an appropriate provider and assessment. Do not treat a sales call as independent financial advice.
Can I ask questions before depositing?
Yes. You should understand the operator, terms and costs before committing money. An enquiry does not oblige you to fund an account, and ordinary information should not depend on an immediate transfer.
Is a callback time guaranteed?
No verified callback deadline has been supplied. Ask for an agreed contact window and keep the case reference. If the matter is urgent, use the account provider’s verified urgent support channel.
Can a manager operate my account for me?
Do not disclose credentials or permit informal remote control. Any discretionary account-management service requires its own properly identified agreement and permissions. It must not be inferred from an onboarding conversation.
What if I disagree with the answer?
Ask for the explanation in writing and identify the point that remains unresolved. Request a review through the complaints process where appropriate. Keep the documents and original messages so the issue can be examined objectively.
Can support fix a payment at another provider?
It can help identify the correct route and information to supply. The institution holding or transferring the money must handle the transaction. Contact that institution promptly if a payment may be unauthorised.
11. Bring a specific question
Write down what you want to understand and which document or screen prompted the question. A concise enquiry makes it easier to get a useful answer without sharing unnecessary information. Take time to compare the response with the provider’s own agreement.
If the conversation relies on pressure or a promise of trading gains, pause and investigate independently. Support should make the process clearer while leaving your decisions, money and credentials under your control.
